Just One LEARNING Bite

Book: ‘The Canary Code – A Guide to Neurodiversity, Dignity, and Intersectional Belonging at Work’
In this week’s Leadership Learning Bite, I’m sharing some thoughts about a book I recently got in my mailbox.
👉️ Title: ‘The Canary Code – a Guide to Neurodiversity, Dignity and Intersectional Belonging at Work‘
👉️ Author: Dr. Ludmila N. Praslova
First off, huge shout out to the publishing team at Woolfe & Company (Woolfe&CompanyBooks – Instagram), you rock! 😍
(they don’t seem to have a LinkedIn account, so sharing their Instagram account, if you want to follow them there).
The book came with a little hand-written note from the team at Woolfe & Company – see photo above.
Rest assured it will help me, and that I will make sure it helps others in the process, too!
I’ve been fascinated by the topic of neurodiversity lately, and of how we can make the best of who we really are, both at home and at work.
I’ll be keeping you posted on what I learn from this book, too!
In the meantime, you might want it for yourself – especially if you feel like your creativity and skills are often overlooked, especially at work.
To the point where you feel like ‘the odd one out’ and like you don’t belong!
It also looks like a great sequel to the book I recently shared with you here: ‘The Power of Neurodiversity’, by Thomas Armstrong – which I thoroughly recommend!
Again, Kudos to the team! This made my day! 🤩
Lead Different. Lead towards Belonging.
Game On: what’s a learning bite you’d like to share?
